Odin just shipped its biggest update of the year. Six features traders have been quietly asking for, all live on every funded and challenge account starting today. No add-ons, no extra licences, no menu hunting. They are just there when you open the platform.
The shortlist below was built from a year of feedback tickets, Discord rants, and the small, repeated annoyances we kept watching real funded traders run into on live sessions. Some of these have existed elsewhere for years. Some are new ideas. All of them have one thing in common: they make running a serious account require fewer mouse clicks and less chair-watching.
Here is what just dropped, and how to use each one.
The six upgrades
Auto-breakeven
Once price moves a configurable distance in your favor, your stop loss snaps automatically to your entry. You set the trigger distance, you set the offset, Odin handles the move silently.
In practice, this is the single most-requested feature on Discord. The trader-grade discipline of "move to breakeven once you have a buffer" is something most accounts blow up by forgetting to do at 2:47 PM when something else flashes on the screen. Removing the discretionary moment removes a whole class of mistakes.
Auto trailing stop
Set a trail distance in ticks or dollars. Odin walks your stop loss up tick by tick as price moves, so you lock in profit without manually dragging the line. Activation triggers are configurable, so the trail only kicks in once you are clear of the noise.
Pair this with auto-breakeven and you have a fully managed exit on every trade. Enter, set the targets, walk away. The chair-watching phase of prop trading is mostly over.
Renko, Point & Figure, and nine other chart types
Time-based bars are no longer the only option. The full advanced charting lineup is in, matching TradingView feature-for-feature:
- Renko
- Point & Figure
- Range bars
- Heikin Ashi
- Tick bars
- Volume bars
- Reversal bars
- Line break
- Kagi
RISK, USD module
Type the dollar amount you are willing to lose on the trade. Odin reads your stop loss distance from the chart and works out the contract count for you, instantly. No mental math, no calculator tab, no oversized positions on a tight stop.
This is a small interface change that quietly fixes one of the most common silent killers on funded accounts: contract-first sizing. Most platforms ask you for the lot size and let you discover later that a 6-tick stop on 10 MNQ contracts costs $300. RISK, USD inverts that. You think in dollars first. Odin makes the sizing fit.
Fifty-plus native indicators
A full indicator library, shipped natively into Odin. No external add-ons, no NinjaScript port, no extra licences from third parties. The headliners:
- Volume and order flow. VWAP with deviation bands, Volume Profile (visible range, session, periodic, anchored), Cumulative Volume Delta, On-Balance Volume, Money Flow Index, Chaikin Money Flow.
- Trend and momentum. MACD (and zero-lag MACD), Ichimoku Cloud, SuperTrend, Parabolic SAR, ADX with DMI, Aroon, TRIX, KST, Williams Alligator.
- Oscillators. RSI, Stochastic, Stochastic RSI, Connors RSI, Williams %R, CCI, Awesome Oscillator, TSI, Ultimate Oscillator.
- Volatility and channels. Bollinger Bands (with %B and width), Keltner Channels, Donchian Channels, ATR, Chandelier Exit, Historical Volatility, Ulcer Index.
- Smoothed moving averages. Hull MA, KAMA (Kaufman), ALMA (Arnaud Legoux), McGinley Dynamic, DEMA, TEMA, VWMA, Guppy Multiple MAs.
- Regression and statistics. Linear Regression Channel, LSMA, Standard Error Bands, Standard Deviation, Linear Regression Slope.
- Specialty. Schaff Trend Cycle, WaveTrend, TDI, Coppock Curve, Klinger Oscillator, Elder Force Index, Fisher Transform, Vortex, Zig Zag, Williams Fractals.
Cross-trading
Trade Micro contracts directly from the full-size chart. Click on the NQ chart, send an MNQ order. Click on the ES chart, send an MES order. Same for GC and MGC, CL and MCL, RTY and M2K, and the rest of the micro family.
This sounds like a small convenience but it changes how you scale. You get the tick precision and liquidity of the parent contract chart, with the sizing flexibility of the micros. Useful for pyramiding into a position without blowing past your risk budget, and for reducing exposure mid-trade without having to flatten the whole thing.
Thor copies are now visible on your Odin chart
A small extra for traders using Thor, our trade copier. Every Thor-routed entry, stop, target and fill now renders directly on the Odin chart in real time. You see exactly where your master and follower accounts executed, on the same screen, without switching tabs. Useful for debugging copier latency, confirming routing, or just keeping a clean view of every linked account at once.
Why we built all of this
The honest answer: funded traders kept telling us. A lot of these features have been on competing platforms for a while, and we heard about it. The other half came from watching how people actually trade on Odin. Where do they click? Where do they hesitate? Where do they switch to TradingView? Those are the gaps the team chased down for this drop.
None of these features change what Odin is. It is still a fast, focused trading platform built for futures and forex on prop accounts. But the daily friction has dropped meaningfully, and that adds up.
