Hello everyone, we are preparing Phoenix 2.0, which will be officially launched on August 1.
Phoenix 2.0 does not compromise any of the principles of Phoenix: Static accounts, fast funding to Live, and the ecosystem are all retained, but in an evolved and more practical form for you.
In this context of major change, Rithmic no longer meets our needs, and we have decided to turn to other alternatives, specifically dxFeed and the Volumetrica system, which includes the Volumetrica/Atas/Quantower/VolSys and VolBook platforms.
In addition to the obvious absence of data/duplicate trade issues (unlike Rithmic), this system offers much greater convenience, whether for online trading, instant dashboard refreshes, same-day account funding validation, etc.
For these reasons, Rithmic will be discontinued on July 31 at 11:59 p.m. Paris time, and dxFeed will take over on August 1.
If you have a Phoenix account, we strongly advise against resetting it or purchasing a new Phoenix account until that date.
What happens if you have an evaluation or funded account at the end of July 31?
=> In this case, you will be transferred to dxFeed with the same balance and rules as your current Rithmic account.
What if I want to continue trading on a platform that is not supported by dxFeed?
=> In this case, Thor will be useful, as our trade copier supports both Rithmic & dxFeed, so you can take a Rithmic account from another prop firm and copy it to the Phoenix dxFeed account. This is a slightly more complicated process for you if you want to keep the Rithmic platform, but we have done our best to make it as easy as possible for you, which is why Thor was announced shortly before the release of Phoenix 2.0.
PLEASE NOTE: After July 31 at 11:59 p.m. UTC+1, your Rithmic account (including trade history, etc.) will NO LONGER BE ACCESSIBLE, so be sure to export everything on your end to avoid losing this data.
Service disruptions are expected on August 1, as a transition of this magnitude is unlikely to occur without any issues.
Thank you for your attention.
