On Blueprint 25K it applies to payouts only. While any single day's profit is more than your chosen share of the account's total profit since it opened (profit already paid out counts), payouts are paused. It never closes the account and never reduces your profit: profit made on other days opens payouts again. An account keeps the rules it was bought with, so a build bought before this choice existed has no consistency rule.
