When all of these are true at the same moment:
- Your profit since your last payout reaches the profit goal. Before your first payout it is counted from your starting balance; after that, from the balance your last payout left behind. It is measured on your closed balance, so open profit does not count.
- Your best session is small enough. The net profit of your single best trading session since your last payout is no more than the consistency percentage of that profit.
- You are flat: no open position and no working order.

If your profit falls back below the goal before you request, eligibility is withdrawn until it is back. Your agreement must be signed and your identity verified before the first request.
