Because your balance fell back below the line that made it eligible. Payout-eligible is not a badge you keep: the account is checked continuously, and the status follows your closed balance in both directions.
- It is withdrawn when your closed balance falls below your payout line: the balance left by your last payout plus the minimum payout or, before your first payout, your starting balance plus the locked buffer plus the minimum payout.
- It comes back on its own once the balance is above that line again and the other payout gates are met, with no position and no working order open.
- Nothing else changes. You keep trading exactly as before, and your drawdown, your trading days and your payout history are untouched. Money already paid out is yours.
The status updates automatically, usually within half a minute of the trade that moved your balance across the line. There is nothing to request or reset.
