When can I request my first payout?

A funded account becomes payout-eligible when its balance is above your starting balance plus the locked buffer by at least the minimum payout, while you hold no open position and no working order, and once the minimum number of trading sessions for your experiment has been met. The dashboard shows the exact amount available the moment it exists. When can I request my next payout?

Every payout moves the line. Your next payout has to be earned from the balance the last one left behind, not from your starting balance. Both of these must be true at the same time: Your closed balance is above your starting balance plus the locked buffer by at least the minimum payout, exactly as for your first payout. Your closed balance is at least the balance left right after your previous payout, plus the minimum payout. The other gates still apply: no open position and no working order, the payout cadence counted from your last payout, and the minimum number of trading sessions where your experiment has one. Example on Incentive $10K Pay-on-Pass ($10,000 starting balance, $1,200 locked buffer, $25 minimum payout). A payout leaves your balance at $11,800, so your next payout opens at $11,825. If trading then takes you to $11,500, you still have $300 above the buffer, but you are not payout-eligible until the balance is back at $11,825. Blueprint 25K pays out daily and follows the daily lock-in instead: what counts there is the profit that has already unlocked.

Why is my account no longer payout-eligible?

Because your balance fell back below the line that made it eligible. Payout-eligible is not a badge you keep: the account is checked continuously, and the status follows your closed balance in both directions. It is withdrawn when your closed balance falls below your payout line: the balance left by your last payout plus the minimum payout or, before your first payout, your starting balance plus the locked buffer plus the minimum payout. It comes back on its own once the balance is above that line again and the other payout gates are met, with no position and no working order open. Nothing else changes. You keep trading exactly as before, and your drawdown, your trading days and your payout history are untouched. Money already paid out is yours. The status updates automatically, usually within half a minute of the trade that moved your balance across the line. There is nothing to request or reset.

How much can I withdraw, and how often?

Per payout is the most one request can be. Cadence is the minimum number of calendar days between payouts, counted from your previous payout. Lifetime is the most one account will ever pay out in total; a funded account that reaches it has done what it was sold to do. On Blueprint 25K the per-payout ceiling is one of the four things you choose when you build the account, so the figure above is the default build only.

What is the locked buffer?

The buffer is a slice of profit that stays in the funded account. Payouts come only from profit above it: with a $25,000 account and a $1,200 locked buffer, you can withdraw from your balance above $26,200. It is not a fee and it is not lost. It is what keeps a funded account alive after a payout, so that one withdrawal does not leave the account a single bad day from its floor.

How do daily payouts work?

An experiment with daily payouts lets you request a payout every calendar day. To make that safe, profit matures before it becomes withdrawable, the same lock-in the Phoenix Daily accounts use: Each day you finish above your starting balance plus the locked buffer, that day's profit becomes a tranche. A tranche unlocks after 3 trading days , counted in days you actually trade. A day's profit above $500 that is also more than 30% of everything you have made on the account is a windfall, and unlocks after 5 trading days instead. One outsized day pays out on a slightly longer clock; steady days pay out on the short one. A losing day erodes the newest tranche that has not yet unlocked. Profit that has already unlocked is never taken back by a later loss. The dashboard shows the amount available right now, with the locks already deducted. Everything else about the payout is unchanged: split, minimum, per-payout ceiling. These terms apply to Blueprint 25K .

How is a payout reviewed and paid?

1 You request the payout from your dashboard, choosing the amount and the method. 2 Automated anti-cheat review runs immediately. Most requests are approved within seconds. Some are held for a human to look at, and you are emailed either way. 3 The funds are removed from your trading account the moment the payout is approved, so what you see in the account is always what is still yours to trade. 4 The payment is sent by the method you chose, and you receive a confirmation email and a payout certificate. Payout methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Rise. You receive an email at each step: when the request is received, when it is approved or held, and when the money has been sent.

Question 8

Can a payout be refused?

Accepted Answer

Only by a person, never by the machine. The automated review can approve a payout or hold it for review; it cannot refuse one. If a reviewer refuses a payout you are told the reason and what it means for your account, in their own words, in your dashboard and by email. A payout is refused when the profit behind it comes from a prohibited strategy, such as account rolling or martingale across accounts. When can I request a payout on an Instant account?

When all of these are true at the same moment: Your profit since your last payout reaches the profit goal. Before your first payout it is counted from your starting balance; after that, from the balance your last payout left behind. It is measured on your closed balance, so open profit does not count. Your best session is small enough. The net profit of your single best trading session since your last payout is no more than the consistency percentage of that profit. You are flat: no open position and no working order. Your agreement must be signed and your identity verified before the first request.

Question 10

What is the consistency rule on an Instant account?

Accepted Answer

It compares your best trading session with your profit since your last payout. A session runs from 6:00 PM to the 5:00 PM close New York time, and a trade counts in the session it closed in. Example on Instant 10K ($600 goal, 20% rule). You reach $600 of profit, but one session made $240: that is 40% of your profit, above 20%. Keep trading: once your profit since the last payout reaches $1,200, that same best session is 20% of it and the payout opens. It never closes the account and never costs you anything already made. It only decides when the next payout opens, and it starts again after every payout.
