Question 1

I passed. What happens now?

1 Your account is frozen the moment you pass. Trading on the evaluation stops; you have nothing more to prove on it. 2 An anti-cheat review runs. Most passes are cleared automatically within seconds. Some are held for a human to look at; your dashboard shows the account as awaiting verification until it clears, and you are emailed the outcome. 3 You receive the approval email. From that moment you have 48 hours to complete the two steps below. Both must be done inside that window. 4 You verify your identity, once. It unlocks the funded agreement. It is the same identity check as the main Phoenix site, and it never has to be repeated for a later account. 5 You sign the funded agreement in your dashboard and, where your experiment has one, pay the activation fee. 6 Your funded account is created and the evaluation is retired. Its name is your evaluation name with a funded suffix, and it trades under the funded terms you bought.

Question 2

What is the 48-hour signing deadline?

The approval email says the funded agreement must be signed within 48 hours of receiving it. This is enforced exactly as written: when the 48 hours run out unsigned, the passed evaluation is declared null and void and the account is closed. The clock starts at the moment the approval email is sent, not at the moment you pass. The identity check has to be completed inside the same window, because the agreement cannot be signed before it. Your dashboard shows the account as void with this reason if it happens. If your approval arrives before a weekend, the window still runs over the weekend. Verify and sign as soon as you see the email.

Is there an activation fee?

It is the price of the seat: an experiment with an activation fee is one whose evaluation is priced below cost on purpose.

What does the funded account look like?

It is a simulated funded account with the same starting balance as your evaluation, the same drawdown discipline, and the funded terms of your experiment: the profit split, the payout cadence, the locked buffer and the payout caps stated on the card you bought. On a trailing-drawdown experiment, the funded floor stops trailing once it reaches your starting balance, so you cannot be closed by a drawdown while you are in profit overall. A funded account that goes 7 days without a trade is closed.

What happens if my funded account breaches its drawdown?

It is closed. The dashboard states the reason with the exact numbers, and the account card offers to start a new evaluation. On Blueprint 25K , closing a failed funded account frees your slot immediately, so you can build and buy a new evaluation right away. On Instant 10K , there is no evaluation to go back to: the closed account card offers a new account instead, and the ended account no longer counts against your limit. Payouts already approved are unaffected. Money that has left the account is yours.

How does an Instant account work?

Instant 10K is bought funded. There is no evaluation to pass: the account you buy is the funded account, and you can trade it from your first minute. 1 Buy it. The account is created within about a minute and appears in your dashboard. 2 Trade it straight away. The drawdown, the position limit and the holding rules apply from the first trade, exactly as the rule table states. 3 Unlock payouts. Sign the funded agreement and verify your identity. Both are offered to you the moment you have paid, and both take a few minutes. 4 Get paid. Each payout is earned against a profit goal counted from your last payout, under the caps on the card.

Question 7

What unlocks payouts on an Instant account?

Two steps, both right after purchase, in either order: Sign the funded agreement. It is the full contract for the account, with its real account number and numbers in it. You read it and sign it in your dashboard; a copy is emailed to you and kept in your billing history. Verify your identity. The same one-time check as the main Phoenix site. If you have already verified there, this step is already done. Until both are done you can trade normally; the payout panel on the account shows exactly which step is left and takes you to it.

Question 8

Can I have more than one Instant account?

Limit per trader Instant 10K 1 account at a time The limit counts living accounts. When an Instant account breaches, is closed, or reaches its lifetime payout cap, its place frees up and you can get a new one right away. Instant accounts are not reset: you simply get a new one.
